Terms and conditions of the booking:

The customer is strongly advised to read the Terms & Conditions prior to making a reservation.

1. Upon completing the reservation process bookingromania.com/SC RoHotel Online Srl is automatically forwarding a copy of your reservation to your chosen accommodation (called from now on Accommodation Provider). Any reservation made through bookingromania.com represents a contract strictly in between you, The Customer and the Accommodation provider.
2. In the unlikely and unfortunate event that the Accommodation Provider fails, refuses or neglects to honor a reservation made through bookingromania.com the Customers agrees that no liability will be attached to bookingromania.com/SC RoHotel Online Srl. By completing this Reservation process, you the Customer agree to waive any claim against bookingromania.com/SC RoHotel Online Srl for any losses or damages arising from the failure of the Accommodation Provider to provide you with any reserved accommodation, or in the event that the accommodation provided is inadequate, or in the event that the accommodation provided has been mis-described, or for any losses or damages (to include costs) incurred during your stay. However in case of such behavior arising from an Accommodation Provider we reserve the right to terminate contract with them considering that such practices affect the good name of our business.
3. In order to secure your reservation with the Accommodation Provider the Customer must enter credit card details of a credit card validly and legally held by you. Deposit and booking fee are required to secure your booking; these amounts are debited from your credit card at booking time and are non-refundable.
4. Bookingromania.com/SC RoHotel Online Srl reserves the right to refuse to complete a reservation for you the Customer in the event that the details entered by you the Customer in this Reservation process do not meet the requirements as set by bookingromania.com/ SC RoHotel Online Srl at the time of the reservation.
5. The Customer is responsible to the Accommodation provider over payments of the accommodation cost as specified in the reservation (with the exception of the deposit and the booking fee which are directly payable to bookingromania.com/SC RoHotel Online Srl). Bookingromania.com is obliged to the Customer to make public the deposit and the booking fee and to substract the deposit only out of the total cost of the reservation. For example: if the Customer contracts a total rate of EUR 50.00 the deposit will be of maximum 10%, EUR 45.00 will be left to be paid at the hotel and bookingromania.com will charge EUR 5.00( 10% deposit) and the booking fee of EUR 0.50.
   Due to the fact that Sc RoHotel Online Srl/www.bookingromania.com is a romanian-established business we will charge the equivalent of the deposit and the booking fee in RON ( national currency ). The exchange rate will be the official rate set by BNR ( Romanian National Bank ) for the day of your reservation.
6. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to inform the Accommodation Provider of any new or changed requirements including change in arrival time or cancellations. You the Customer should note that in the event of a cancellation, a cancellation fee may be charged by the Accommodation Provider to your credit-card account. Details of any such cancellation fees are contained in the Reservation Process, and in the email sent to you.
7. In the event that sufficient funds are not available through your credit card to complete a proposed reservation, then such reservation shall be null and void. The same provision applies in the event that your credit card has passed its expiry date.
8. By completing this Reservation Process, you the Customer authorize the Accommodation Provider to debit your submitted credit card for the sum of any cancellation costs owed, as set out above.
9. While bookingromania.com/SC RoHotel Online Srl uses its best endeavors to ensure that the information as supplied to you the Customer and contained in the Reservation Process is accurate and up to date, no liability shall attach to bookingromania.com/SC RoHotel Online Srl or agents, in the event that any of the information supplied within the Reservation Process has been altered or amended by the Accommodation Provider. Bookingromania.com strives though for a policy of transparency and continous updates from the Accommodation providers and whenever we feel attempts of false advertising on behalf of an Accommodation Provider we do not hesitate to terminate contract with such Providers. This is done to ensure the reputable name of our business.
10. Bookingromania.com is a registered mark. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, display or otherwise transfer or commercially exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, provided, however, that you may make a reasonable number of digital or other form of copies to permit your computer hardware and software to access and view the Content, print one copy of each piece of Content, make and distribute a reasonable number of copies of Content, in whole or in part, in hard copy or electronic form for internal use only. Any permitted copies of Content must reproduce in an unmodified form any notices contained in the Content, such as all Intellectual Property Right notices, and an original source attribution to "bookingromania.com" and its URL address. You acknowledge that the bookingromania.com, its Contributors, and/or Users remain the owners of the Content and that you do not acquire any Intellectual Property Rights by downloading or printing Content.
11. You agree that bookingromania.com should not be held responsible for damages caused or allegedly cause by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, electrical surge/damage/interference, deletion, defect, and delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, software error, unauthorized access, theft destruction alteration or use of records.
12. The laws governing the provision of these facilities shall be the laws of Romania.
