By reserving a room through www.BookingRomania.com, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with us and the hotel where your make the reservation. After making a reservation, we act as an intermediary between you and hotel by sending all details of your booking to hotel

Accuracy of information
All information published on www.BookingRomania.com are exclusively supplied by the Hotel , under a legal contract, which obliges the Hotel to provide accurate and complete information .
However we can not guarantee that all information is accurate, and complete, thus we can not be responsible for any error, interruption or inaccurate info.

Cancellation
Making a reservation through our website, you accept and agree the cancellation policy of the Hotel .

Data security
BookingRomania.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property.
www.BookingRomania.com use SSL certificate to secure your data, and guarantee certificate provided by Thawte. Credit card info is encrypted and deleted after your stay.
The hotel reserves the right to verify your card and access to the amount guaranteed. If your card is invalid or unavailable guaranteed amount, hotel will ask you to provide a data card that can guarantee your reservation. If the reservation can not be guaranteed, it can be canceled by Hotel
